Crab Rangoon Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb about 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1-2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: additional chopped green onions chives, or parsley

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  • Step 3: Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Step 4: Gently fold in the crab meat and chopped green onions, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
  • Step 5: Spoon the mixture into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches or similar size) and spread evenly. Smooth the top.
  • Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, with a golden-brown top.
  • Step 7: Remove from oven and garnish with additional green onions or chives, if desired. Serve hot with wonton chips, crackers, or tortilla chips.
