Crab & Cream Cheese Filled Rolls
Crab & Cream Cheese Filled Rolls are an elegant yet easy appetizer that will impress your guests at any gathering.
For the filling:
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup crab meat cooked, imitation is fine
- 2 green onions chopped
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
Preheat your oven to 375°f.
Lay out the crescent roll dough and pinch the seams to create a smooth sheet. Roll into a rectangle and cut into 24 squares.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, green onions, cayenne, and salt until smooth.
Distribute the crab mixture evenly among the dough squares. Fold opposite corners of each square over the filling and pinch to seal.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375°f for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
