Cozy Cinnamon Roll Apple Lasagna is a layered breakfast bake with cinnamon rolls, apple filling, and a touch of cinnamon.
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 4 cups apple pie filling
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg optional
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the baking dish; press half the cinnamon rolls to form a base.
Spread half the apple filling over the base and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla; fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
Spread half the cream cheese mixture over apples; repeat layers with remaining cinnamon rolls, apples, and cream cheese.
Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Cool 10 minutes, then drizzle with icing and caramel; serve warm.
