- 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Sauté sliced mushrooms in a little olive oil over medium heat until softened, then add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
