Cowboy Creamy Chicken Spinach And Mushroom Bake is a comforting baked chicken dish layered with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and a rich creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Sauté sliced mushrooms in a little olive oil over medium heat until softened, then add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread shredded chicken evenly in the baking dish and layer the sautéed mushrooms and spinach on top.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over everything and spread evenly.
  • Bake 35–45 minutes until the top is lightly golden and bubbly
