Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth and clump-free.
In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring until well blended.
Pour the wet mix into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined—don’t overmix.
Split the batter into two bowls. Tint one pink and the other blue, mixing each until the color is even.
Add a spoonful of each color into each muffin liner. Swirl gently with a toothpick to create a cloud effect.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
