Cottage Cheese Tomato Basil Pizza Crisps are light, crispy bites with a cheesy base, topped with marinara and fresh basil for a simple pizza inspired flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for even cooking and easy release.
  • Whisk cottage cheese and egg until smooth, then mix in mozzarella and Parmesan to form a thick batter.
  • Spoon and spread into thin circles about ¼ to ½ inch thick on the baking sheet.
  • Add a small amount of marinara and sprinkle chopped basil on top of each.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until edges are golden and tops lightly crisp.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes so they firm up and lift easily.
  • Serve warm with crisp edges and a soft, cheesy center.
