Cottage Cheese Tomato Basil Pizza Crisps are light, crispy bites with a cheesy base, topped with marinara and fresh basil for a simple pizza inspired flavor.
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
- Fresh basil
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for even cooking and easy release.
Whisk cottage cheese and egg until smooth, then mix in mozzarella and Parmesan to form a thick batter.
Spoon and spread into thin circles about ¼ to ½ inch thick on the baking sheet.
Add a small amount of marinara and sprinkle chopped basil on top of each.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until edges are golden and tops lightly crisp.
Let rest for 5 minutes so they firm up and lift easily.
