Cottage Cheese Meatball Skillet Lattice

A protein packed skillet dish featuring tender cottage cheese meatballs arranged in a rustic lattice style, baked until golden and juicy.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g lean beef mince
  • 130 g cottage cheese
  • 40 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 15 g finely grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet or skillet with parchment.
  • Mix beef, cottage cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan until evenly combined and slightly sticky.
  • Form about 15 evenly sized meatballs using damp hands.
  • Arrange meatballs in a spaced lattice pattern on the tray or skillet.
  • Bake 18 to 22 minutes until browned outside and cooked through with a juicy center.
  • Let rest a few minutes before serving so juices settle and texture firms.
