  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for even baking and easy release.
  • Whisk cottage cheese and eggs until smooth, then mix in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt to form a thick batter.
  • Spread the mixture on the baking sheet into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  • Cut into strips and gently twist each piece, spacing them slightly apart.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until lightly golden and just set while still soft.
  • Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes so they firm up and hold shape.
