- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, almond flour, garlic, and seasonings until a thick, slightly sticky dough forms.
Transfer dough to the sheet and flatten into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
Cut into strips and gently twist each into shape, spacing slightly apart.
