Corn Flakes With Bananas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 cup nuts almonds, walnuts or seeds (chia seeds) for added crunch (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg for flavor optional
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • Yogurt optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Slice the ripe bananas just before serving.
  • Step 2: Divide the corn flakes among serving bowls. Top the corn flakes with sliced bananas.
  • Step 3: Drizzle honey or maple syrup or sprinkle cinnamon/nutmeg for added flavor (optional). Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch and a boost of nutritional value.
  • Step 4: Pour cold or warm milk over the corn flakes and bananas. Adjust the amount of milk based on personal preference. Add a dollop of yogurt on top or on the side for a creamy twist (optional).
  • Step 5: Mix and enjoy immediately!
