Condensed Milk Cake

Condensed Milk Cake is a soft, moist, and subtly sweet treat made with pantry staples. It's quick, easy, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix gently, avoiding overmixing to keep the cake light.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake for extra sweetness.
