Brown the beef over medium heat in a Dutch oven. Drain any excess fat.
Add the pasta shells to the beef and stir, letting them fry a little with the meat.
Add the seasonings, chopped onions, and bell pepper. Stir everything together.
Pour in the tomato sauce and mix well. Break up the bouillon cube and stir it in until it dissolves.
Cover the mixture with water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Cover the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes, until the shells are tender. Serve and enjoy!
