- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee or espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup toasted pecans chopped
- ½ cup caramel sauce
