Club Sandwich Pasta Salad

Club Sandwich Pasta Salad transforms the classic sandwich into a flavorful, hearty dish. Packed with tender pasta, juicy chicken, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and a creamy, tangy dressing, it’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cooked, diced chicken breast
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook rotini until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool.
  • Prep the Ingredients: Dice the chicken, crumble the bacon, halve the tomatoes, and chop the cucumber, red onion, and lettuce.
  • Make the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, ranch dressing, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, cheese, and red onion.
  • Toss with Dressing: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
  • Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, then serve chilled.
