Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites
These cinnamon sugar biscuit bites are quick, fluffy, and coated in buttery cinnamon-sugar with a sweet drizzle of icing. Perfect for family snacks, weekend brunches, or last-minute desserts.
For the Biscuit Bites:
- 1 small roll canned biscuits 6–8 biscuits
- ¼ cup sugar half white, half brown
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1–2 tablespoons butter unsalted or salted
For the Icing:
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 teaspoons milk start with 1, add more if needed
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place butter in a baking pan and let it melt as the oven preheats.
Cut biscuits into quarters, then toss in a cinnamon-sugar mix until coated.
Remove the pan from the oven, arrange coated biscuits in the melted butter, and bake for 15 minutes until puffed and golden.
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a smooth icing, adjusting thickness as needed.
Let biscuits cool for 2 minutes, drizzle with icing, and serve warm, pulling apart to enjoy.
