Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

These cinnamon sugar biscuit bites are quick, fluffy, and coated in buttery cinnamon-sugar with a sweet drizzle of icing. Perfect for family snacks, weekend brunches, or last-minute desserts.

Ingredients
  

For the Biscuit Bites:

  • 1 small roll canned biscuits 6–8 biscuits
  • ¼ cup sugar half white, half brown
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1–2 tablespoons butter unsalted or salted

For the Icing:

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 teaspoons milk start with 1, add more if needed
  • teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place butter in a baking pan and let it melt as the oven preheats.
  • Cut biscuits into quarters, then toss in a cinnamon-sugar mix until coated.
  • Remove the pan from the oven, arrange coated biscuits in the melted butter, and bake for 15 minutes until puffed and golden.
  • Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a smooth icing, adjusting thickness as needed.
  • Let biscuits cool for 2 minutes, drizzle with icing, and serve warm, pulling apart to enjoy.
