- ½ cup unsalted butter melted

- ¾ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the streusel topping
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup cold unsalted butter cubed
Preheat to 375°F, line a muffin pan, mix dry ingredients, whisk wet ingredients separately, combine gently, and fill cups three-quarters full.
Mix flour, sugars, and cinnamon, cut in cold butter until crumbly, and press streusel lightly onto each muffin.
