Church Lady Butter Toffee Pretzels

Church Lady Butter Toffee Pretzels are crunchy, buttery pretzel clusters coated in a rich toffee glaze, perfect for snacking, gifting, or adding a nostalgic touch to any dessert table.

Ingredients
  

Butter Toffee Coating

  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar light or dark
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Pretzels

  • 8 cups mini pretzels twists or sticks

Optional Add-Ins

  • ½ cup chopped pecans or almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 –2 tbsp white chocolate drizzle
  • Sea salt flakes for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet. Spread pretzels evenly.
  • Melt butter with brown sugar, boil 3 minutes, then stir in vanilla and baking soda.
  • Pour toffee over pretzels and toss to coat.
  • Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • Cool completely, break into clusters, and serve.
