Christmas Smoked Salmon Bruschetta Wreath
Christmas Smoked Salmon Bruschetta Wreath baguette rounds with dill, salmon, lemon, and pomegranate in a festive circle.
- 4 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 loaf baguette sliced into rounds
- Lemon zest for garnish
- 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F and toast baguette slices 5–7 minutes until golden.
Mix cream cheese, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Arrange toasted slices in a circular wreath shape on a serving platter.
Spread cream cheese mixture on each slice.
Top with folded smoked salmon.
Sprinkle with lemon zest and pomegranate arils; optionally add rosemary sprigs.
Serve immediately at room temperature.
