Christmas Smoked Salmon Bruschetta Wreath

Christmas Smoked Salmon Bruschetta Wreath baguette rounds with dill, salmon, lemon, and pomegranate in a festive circle.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 loaf baguette sliced into rounds
  • Lemon zest for garnish
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and toast baguette slices 5–7 minutes until golden.
  • Mix cream cheese, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Arrange toasted slices in a circular wreath shape on a serving platter.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on each slice.
  • Top with folded smoked salmon.
  • Sprinkle with lemon zest and pomegranate arils; optionally add rosemary sprigs.
  • Serve immediately at room temperature.
