Christmas Cranberry Walnut Cheese Balls

Christmas Cranberry Walnut Cheese Balls are creamy, tangy, and festive, studded with dried cranberries and crunchy walnuts. Perfect for holiday parties or cozy winter gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 8  oz ≈ 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ≈ 115 g sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½  cup ≈ 60 g chopped walnuts
  • ⅓  cup ≈ 30‑40 g dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2  Tbsp ≈ 30 mL chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼  tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toast walnuts in a dry skillet until golden, then cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, half the cranberries, walnuts, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
  • Scoop and shape into balls, rolling in remaining cranberries and walnuts.
  • Arrange on a platter, garnish with parsley, and serve with crackers or bread.
