Chicken Stuffing Casserole

Chicken Stuffing Casserole is a comforting baked dish featuring tender chicken, creamy sauce, vegetables, and a golden herb stuffing topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz boxed stuffing mix or 3 to 4 cups homemade stuffing
  • 1 ¼ cup hot water
  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • cup sour cream
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables defrosted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
  • Mix stuffing with hot water and let sit 5 minutes until soft and fluffy
  • Combine chicken, sour cream, soup, and vegetables until evenly creamy
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the baking dish
  • Top with stuffing, spreading gently without pressing
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving so it sets nicely
