Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
A cozy, crowd-pleasing casserole loaded with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, creamy ranch flavor, and topped with a golden layer of tater tots—baked until bubbly and irresistibly crispy.
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl until smooth.
Stir in sour cream until fully combined and creamy.
Spread the chicken mixture in the dish, top with shredded cheddar, then sprinkle crumbled bacon.
Layer frozen tater tots evenly over the top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until tots are golden and cheese is bubbly.
