Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in sour cream until fully combined and creamy.
- Spread the chicken mixture in the dish, top with shredded cheddar, then sprinkle crumbled bacon.
- Layer frozen tater tots evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until tots are golden and cheese is bubbly.
