Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza is a crispy, golden-crust pizza topped with ranch dressing, juicy chicken, smoky bacon, and plenty of gooey mozzarella cheese. It’s a family-friendly recipe that’s quick, comforting, and perfect for pizza night at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch pizza dough or one ball store-bought pizza dough
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing plus extra for garnish
  • ½ cup cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 scallions thinly sliced (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 475°F (245°C) for a stone or 450°F (230°C) for a baking sheet. Place rack in the lower third.
  • Roll dough into a 12–14 inch circle on a floured surface. Transfer to parchment-lined sheet or peel. Rest 5 minutes if it springs back.
  • Spread ranch over dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
  • Sprinkle half the mozzarella, then add chicken and bacon. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly. Rotate if needed.
  • Cool slightly, drizzle with extra ranch, and garnish with scallions. Slice and enjoy.
