Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza
Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza is a crispy, golden-crust pizza topped with ranch dressing, juicy chicken, smoky bacon, and plenty of gooey mozzarella cheese. It’s a family-friendly recipe that’s quick, comforting, and perfect for pizza night at home.
- 1 batch pizza dough or one ball store-bought pizza dough
- ¼ cup ranch dressing plus extra for garnish
- ½ cup cooked chicken shredded or chopped
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 2 scallions thinly sliced (optional garnish)
Heat oven to 475°F (245°C) for a stone or 450°F (230°C) for a baking sheet. Place rack in the lower third.
Roll dough into a 12–14 inch circle on a floured surface. Transfer to parchment-lined sheet or peel. Rest 5 minutes if it springs back.
Spread ranch over dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
Sprinkle half the mozzarella, then add chicken and bacon. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly. Rotate if needed.
Cool slightly, drizzle with extra ranch, and garnish with scallions. Slice and enjoy.
