Chicken Alfredo Garlic Texas Toast
A rich and comforting dish featuring crispy garlic Texas toast topped with seasoned chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, melted cheese, and smoky bacon.
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound chicken breast cubed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices frozen garlic Texas toast
- 15 ounces garlic Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon parsley optional
Heat oil, cook cubed chicken with all seasonings until golden and reaches 165°F, reduce heat if browning too fast
Bake garlic Texas toast on a lined tray at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, add 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness
Press the center of each toast slice gently to create space for toppings
Top each slice with cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and bacon
Bake again for 3–5 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles, cover if browning too quickly
Sprinkle parsley and serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce
