Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones Recipe
Crispy, cheesy, and loaded with creamy chicken Alfredo filling, these air fryer calzones are an easy, comforting family meal made with refrigerated pizza dough and ready in minutes.
For the Filling:
- 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
For the Dough:
- 1 package 16 oz refrigerated pizza dough
- All-purpose flour for dusting
For Finishing:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
Heat to 375°F for a crispier crust.
Combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Roll pizza dough into a ¼-inch thick rectangle. Cut into 4 squares.
Spoon ⅓ cup of filling onto each square.
Fold into triangles or rectangles. Press edges to seal; crimp with a fork.
Brush with olive oil, then egg wash for golden color.
Air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
