Cheesy Taco Stuffed Pasta Shells

- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef about 80 percent lean
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup mild salsa
- 4 ounces cream cheese cut into small cubes
- 1½ cups red enchilada sauce
- 1½ cups Mexican cheese blend shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F and spread enchilada sauce in a greased 9x13 dish.
Cook pasta shells until slightly firm, then drain.
Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and salsa.
Mix in cream cheese until melted and creamy.
Fill each shell with the beef mixture.
Arrange shells in the dish and top with sauce and cheese.
