Cheesy Taco Pasta
This recipe is simple to make, packed with cheesy goodness, and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!
- 3 cups small shell pasta
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, then drain the fat.
Stir in onions and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning, water, and pasta. Stir to combine.
Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is done.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese and parsley (if using).
