Cheesy Taco Pasta

This recipe is simple to make, packed with cheesy goodness, and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups small shell pasta
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, then drain the fat.
  • Stir in onions and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  • Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning, water, and pasta. Stir to combine.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is done.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese and parsley (if using).
