Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites
Juicy mini meatloaf bites stuffed with gooey mozzarella—these cheesy bites are the perfect comfort food for weeknights or party snacks.
- 1 lb ground beef or mix of beef & pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 6 oz mozzarella cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut mozzarella into small 1/2-inch cubes and set aside.
Let it sit for 2–3 minutes so the breadcrumbs soften.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into your palm and flatten it into a patty.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
