Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites

Juicy mini meatloaf bites stuffed with gooey mozzarella—these cheesy bites are the perfect comfort food for weeknights or party snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or mix of beef & pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut mozzarella into small 1/2-inch cubes and set aside.
  • Let it sit for 2–3 minutes so the breadcrumbs soften.
  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into your palm and flatten it into a patty.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
