Cheesy Stuffed Crust Pizza Snacks

Pizza Snacks are mini dough bites filled with mozzarella, optional pepperoni, and pizza sauce, baked until golden and perfect for dipping, sharing, or snacking.

Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • All purpose flour for dusting

For the Filling

  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese sticks cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 24 to 28 slices pepperoni optional
  • ½ cup pizza sauce plus extra for dipping

For the Topping

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Roll out pizza dough to ¼-inch thickness and cut into 24–28 small squares.
  • Add a mozzarella piece (and pepperoni if using) to each square, plus a small dollop of pizza sauce.
  • Fold corners to the center, pinch seams tightly, and roll into sealed balls.
  • Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 7–9 minutes until golden.
  • Serve warm with pizza sauce, ranch, or garlic butter for dipping.
