Cheesy Stuffed Crust Pizza Snacks
Cheesy stuffed crust pizza snacks are bite-sized rolls of golden-baked pizza dough wrapped around gooey mozzarella, crisp pepperoni, and brushed with garlicky butter. Perfect for parties, game nights, or quick cravings.
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough 14 ounces
- 8 sticks mozzarella string cheese
- 24 slices regular pepperoni
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pizza sauce optional, for dipping
Preheat Oven: Heat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut Dough: Unroll and slice pizza dough into 8 equal rectangles.
Add Fillings: Place a mozzarella stick and 3 pepperoni slices on each rectangle.
