Cheesy Stuffed Crust Pizza Snacks

Cheesy stuffed crust pizza snacks are bite-sized rolls of golden-baked pizza dough wrapped around gooey mozzarella, crisp pepperoni, and brushed with garlicky butter. Perfect for parties, game nights, or quick cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough 14 ounces
  • 8 sticks mozzarella string cheese
  • 24 slices regular pepperoni
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pizza sauce optional, for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Heat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut Dough: Unroll and slice pizza dough into 8 equal rectangles.
  • Add Fillings: Place a mozzarella stick and 3 pepperoni slices on each rectangle.
  • Roll and Seal: Roll up the dough tightly and pinch edges to seal.
  • Butter and Season: Brush with melted butter mixed with oregano, garlic powder, and Parmesan.
  • Bake: Bake seam-side down for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Serve: Cool slightly and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
