Cheesy Stuffed Biscuit Bites

Cheesy Stuffed Biscuit Bites are golden baked biscuit balls filled with gooey mozzarella and coated in garlic butter for an easy crowd pleasing snack.

Ingredients
  

Biscuit Layer

  • One 16.3 oz tube buttermilk biscuit dough
  • Keep dough chilled at 40°F

Cheesy Inside

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cut into 1 inch cubes

Garlic Butter Finish

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Herb Extras Optional

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Flatten biscuits to ⅛ inch thick rounds.
  • Place mozzarella in center and seal into balls.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic and salt.
  • Brush dough balls with garlic butter.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and 165°F inside.
  • Cool 3–5 minutes, garnish, and serve.
