Cheesy Spinach Ricotta Ring
Cheesy Spinach Ricotta Ring is a creamy, savory ring of ricotta and spinach, layered with melting cheese for a visually stunning and flavorful dish perfect for brunch, dinner, or appetizer spreads.
- Sliced melting cheese to line the pan
- 1 bunch spinach cooked and squeezed dry
- 2 cups ricotta
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan + extra for topping
- Pinch of salt pepper, and a tiny bit of garlic powder
Grease a ring or bundt pan and line with cheese slices to form a shell.
Mix cooked spinach, ricotta, eggs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
Pour filling into the cheese-lined pan and top with extra Parmesan.
Cook covered on low-medium heat 20 minutes or bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
Let rest 5 minutes, then flip onto a plate.
Slice and serve warm, or chill and reheat later.
