Pat shrimp dry, season with seafood seasoning, and sauté in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side. Set aside.
In the same skillet, cook sausage until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
In another pan, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels, chop, and set aside.
Cook rotini in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in the skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Add spices and whisk in grated cheese until melted.
Add pasta to the sauce. Fold in shrimp, sausage, and bacon. Stir until evenly mixed and heated through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra cheese. Serve hot.
