Cheesy Shrimp And Crab Bake Dip is a warm, creamy appetizer packed with tender seafood, melted cheese, and bold seasoning, baked until bubbly and perfect for scooping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup green onions or chives chopped and divided
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Hot sauce to taste optional

For serving

  • Toasted baguette slices or sturdy crackers

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, Old Bay, salt, pepper, and hot sauce until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in shrimp, crab, mozzarella, Parmesan, and half of the green onions, keeping the seafood chunky.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbling.
  • Broil briefly for extra color if desired.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot with bread or crackers.
