- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup green onions or chives chopped and divided
- 1 ½ teaspoons Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Hot sauce to taste optional
