Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickle
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix optional
  • 2 envelopes crispy bacon bits or chopped bacon

Instructions
 

  • Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy. Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, and ranch dressing mix (if using). Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  • Roll each ball in chopped crispy bacon for extra flavor and crunch.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up and allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled or immediately if short on time.
