- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped dill pickle
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix optional
- 2 envelopes crispy bacon bits or chopped bacon
Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy. Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, and ranch dressing mix (if using). Mix until well combined and creamy.
Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
Roll each ball in chopped crispy bacon for extra flavor and crunch.
