Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices sourdough or French bread
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 cup mozzarella or Gruyère cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté mushrooms in olive oil or butter with garlic until golden and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Lightly toast bread slices under a broiler or in a toaster.
