Cheesy Italian Pizza Burgers
Italian-seasoned beef patties topped with marinara, melted mozzarella, and favorite pizza toppings—served on toasted buns for a fun twist on classic burgers.
Beef Patties
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Pizza Toppings
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- Assorted toppings: pepperoni sliced olives, chopped bell peppers
Combine ground beef, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties, about 0.6 inches thick.
Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side, until browned and done to your liking.
Toast split buns, cut side down, until golden.
Top each patty with 2 Tbsp marinara and shredded cheese.
Cover and cook 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
Place patties on buns, cap them, and serve hot.
