Cheesy Hamburger Casserole Bake

This Cheesy Hamburger Casserole Bake is a cozy, crowd-pleasing dish made with seasoned ground beef, tender pasta, a creamy tomato-mushroom sauce, and a bubbling cheddar cheese topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cups cooked pasta any shape works
  • 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for 7–8 minutes until browned and onions are soft.
  • Drain grease. Stir in diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Fold in cooked pasta and mix gently to coat evenly.
  • Transfer to a greased 9x13 dish. Spread evenly and top with shredded cheddar.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
