Cheesy Hamburger Casserole Bake
This Cheesy Hamburger Casserole Bake is a cozy, crowd-pleasing dish made with seasoned ground beef, tender pasta, a creamy tomato-mushroom sauce, and a bubbling cheddar cheese topping.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta any shape works
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for 7–8 minutes until browned and onions are soft.
Drain grease. Stir in diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Fold in cooked pasta and mix gently to coat evenly.
Transfer to a greased 9x13 dish. Spread evenly and top with shredded cheddar.
Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
