Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta any shape works
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for 7–8 minutes until browned and onions are soft.
- Drain grease. Stir in diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fold in cooked pasta and mix gently to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 dish. Spread evenly and top with shredded cheddar.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
