Cheesy Garlic Toast Pizzas
Cheesy Garlic Toast Pizzas are a fast, flavorful spin on pizza using frozen garlic Texas toast, melted mozzarella, and your favorite toppings—ideal for a quick meal or snack.
- 6 slices frozen garlic Texas toast store-bought or homemade
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese or your favorite pizza cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni slices or other toppings like cooked sausage, mushrooms, or bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for a spicy kick
Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly.
Place frozen garlic Texas toast slices on the sheet, spaced apart. No thawing needed.
Spread 1–2 tbsp pizza sauce on each slice, leaving edges clear. Top with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni or favorite toppings, Italian seasoning, and optional red pepper flakes.
Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles, and toast edges turn crisp and golden. Adjust time or temp if browning too fast.
Cool 2–3 minutes before serving to let cheese set.
