Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn on the Cob is a delicious side dish with garlic butter, Parmesan, and fresh parsley, elevating grilled or boiled corn to a whole new level.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until fully combined.
  • Grill Method: Brush corn with garlic butter. Grill on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Boil Method: Boil corn in salted water for 5-7 minutes, drain, then toss in garlic butter.
  • Roll the hot corn in Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley or chili flakes for extra flavor.
