Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese
Cheesy Garlic Shrimp Grilled Cheese is a crispy, buttery sandwich filled with garlic shrimp, melted mozzarella, and Parmesan on toasted Italian bread—a quick, flavor-packed twist on the classic.
- ½ pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 8 slices Italian bread
Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
Mix softened butter with Parmesan and parsley.
Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
Layer shrimp and mozzarella on four slices (buttered side out). Top with remaining bread.
Cook sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat, 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and melty.
Let rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
