In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Fold in crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Spread it out into an even layer using a spatula.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the edges bubble and the top turns golden. For extra crispness, broil for 2 minutes—watch closely.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes (optional). Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm with chips or veggies.
