Cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip

A warm, creamy crab rangoon dip baked to golden perfection with melted cheeses, fresh green onions, and a bold, savory flavor. It’s everything you love about crab rangoons—without the deep fryer.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Spread it out into an even layer using a spatula.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until the edges bubble and the top turns golden. For extra crispness, broil for 2 minutes—watch closely.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes (optional). Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm with chips or veggies.
