Cheesy Cottage Cheese Meatball Marinara Melt Towers
Cottage Cheese Meatball Marinara Melt Towers are cheesy baked muffin style meatball cups made with cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella, marinara sauce, and meatballs. They bake into soft, golden towers with a rich and savory center.
For the Melt Towers
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup cooked meatballs
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
Blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until combined.
Fill the muffin cups about ¾ full and press a meatball into each center.
Spoon marinara sauce over each meatball.
Bake for 20 to 24 minutes until golden and set in the center.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
