A creamy blend of cheesecake and white chocolate, this Cheesecake Fudge is a simple yet indulgent treat perfect for any occasion.
For the fudge:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the toppings (optional):
- Crushed graham crackers
- Fruit preserves
- Chocolate drizzle
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra for easy removal.
Microwave white chocolate chips and condensed milk in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix it into the melted chocolate blend.
Stir in vanilla extract and pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
Add toppings like crushed graham crackers or swirled fruit preserves as desired.
