A creamy blend of cheesecake and white chocolate, this Cheesecake Fudge is a simple yet indulgent treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

For the fudge:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the toppings (optional):

  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Fruit preserves
  • Chocolate drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra for easy removal.
  • Microwave white chocolate chips and condensed milk in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix it into the melted chocolate blend.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
  • Add toppings like crushed graham crackers or swirled fruit preserves as desired.
  • Refrigerate for 4+ hours until firm, then lift out, slice into squares, and enjoy!
