Cheeseburger Potato Skillet

A hearty one-pan dish with crispy potatoes, seasoned ground beef, smoky bacon, melted Colby Jack cheese, and tangy burger sauce—this Cheeseburger Potato Skillet brings diner-style comfort straight to your table.

Ingredients
  

For the Burger Sauce:

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish

For the Skillet:

  • 5 small/medium potatoes
  • 1 –2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ½ teaspoon each salt pepper, ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon each onion powder garlic powder, smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Whisk ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and sweet relish; set aside.
  • Bake bacon at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until crisp, crumble, and set aside.
  • Peel and cube potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, shaking basket, or roast until golden.
  • Cook ground beef and onion with seasonings until browned, drain, stir in garlic.
  • Combine beef and potatoes in skillet, top with cheese and bacon, bake at 400°F until melted.
  • Finish with burger sauce and green onions, serve hot with extra toppings.
