Cheeseburger French Fry Bake
Cheeseburger French Fry Bake combines seasoned beef, creamy soups, crispy fries, and melty cheese—finished with burger sauce for a crowd-friendly meal.
Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 28 oz shoestring French fries
- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
- ½ yellow onion diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Burger Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp pickle juice
- ½ tsp dehydrated onions
- Black pepper to taste
Air fry or bake fries per package instructions until golden. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Brown beef and onion in a skillet. Add garlic, seasonings, and drain fat.
Stir in mushroom and cheddar soups. Mix until creamy, then remove from heat.
Spread beef mix in casserole dish. Top with fries and sprinkle with cheddar.
Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
Whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Drizzle sauce over casserole and serve warm.
