Cheeseburger French Fry Bake

Cheeseburger French Fry Bake combines seasoned beef, creamy soups, crispy fries, and melty cheese—finished with burger sauce for a crowd-friendly meal.

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 28 oz shoestring French fries
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Burger Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp pickle juice
  • ½ tsp dehydrated onions
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Air fry or bake fries per package instructions until golden. Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Brown beef and onion in a skillet. Add garlic, seasonings, and drain fat.
  • Stir in mushroom and cheddar soups. Mix until creamy, then remove from heat.
  • Spread beef mix in casserole dish. Top with fries and sprinkle with cheddar.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  • Whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  • Drizzle sauce over casserole and serve warm.
