- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 12 slices bacon
Preheat the grill: Heat your grill to 375°F (190°C). If using an oven, preheat to the same temperature and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the meat: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, BBQ sauce, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to keep the meat tender.
Shape into balls: Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and roll them into evenly sized meatballs.
Wrap with bacon: Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick to keep it in place.
Grill to perfection: Cook on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the meat reaches 160°F (71°C) internally. Remove toothpicks.
