Cheddar Beef And Rice Casserole

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix beef, uncooked rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy but not watery.
