Cauliflower Pizza is easy, flavorful, and perfect for a fun, family-friendly meal!
- 2 cauliflower heads medium
- Mozzarella cheese shredded
- Pizza sauce
- Pepperoni slices
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it with olive oil. Wash the cauliflower heads, remove the outer leaves, and trim the core while keeping it intact.
Slice each head into ¾-inch-thick steaks. Roast any florets that fall apart along with the steaks. Place the cauliflower steaks and florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Spray the tops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn the cauliflower, spray with more olive oil, and season with additional salt and pepper. Bake for another 10 minutes. Spread pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni over the cauliflower steaks.
Broil for 1 minute until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Garnish with fresh basil and your favorite toppings. Serve and enjoy!
