These Candy Corn Swirl Brownies are rich, chocolatey squares topped with a vibrant orange cream cheese swirl and finished with sweet candy corn. They’re festive, easy to make, and perfect for Halloween parties or cozy movie nights.
- 1 box brownie mix plus what the box requires, usually eggs, oil, and water
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- A few drops of orange food coloring
- Candy corn for topping
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan as directed on the brownie mix box.
Make the brownie batter and spread it evenly in the pan.
Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth, then add orange food coloring for a bright swirl.
Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife for a marbled look.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Press candy corn into the warm brownies, let cool completely, then cut into squares.
