Butterscotch Pie

The creamy, dreamy pie that hits the spot every time.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 pre-baked pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Melt butterscotch chips and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir in sweetened condensed milk and cook until smooth.
  • Beat egg yolks, then gradually add a bit of the hot mixture. Return to saucepan and cook until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream.
  • Pour into pre-baked pie crust.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
